Co-Founder & CEO
Erez Katz
Erez Katz is the CEO and Co-Founder of Neuravest Research Inc. He was instrumental in designing and architecting Neuravest’s flagship product QuantDesk® and has made it his life’s mission to empower investment professionals through technology. This includes sharing his expertise on his active blog and various speaking engagements centered around applying advanced data science and AI technology geared to generate alpha, minimize risk via portfolio optimization, and automate investment ideas. Prior to Neuravest, Erez was the founder of Objectware Inc, a web technology company, and ushered it from inception to public offering subsequent to an acquisition by Bridgeline Digital in 2007. Erez served as Bridgeline’s COO through 2011 and was instrumental in growing the company after taking it public. After Bridgeline, Erez co-founded Lucena Research, a predecessor to Neuravest, with Dr. Tucker Balch from Georgia Tech. In early 2021, Katz partnered with Seth Merrin, a prominent serial fin-tech disruptor and entrepreneur, to found Neuravest, a financial technology disruptor committed to taking the finance world by storm through adaptive investment and model portfolios powered by alternative data and machine learning.

Seth Merrin
A renowned entrepreneur, business leader, philanthropist and author, Seth Merrin has spent his entire career reinventing how global financial markets work by implementing advanced technology solutions to drive efficiencies and eliminate barriers for investors.
Before co-founding Neuravest with CEO Erez Katz, Seth served was Founder and Executive Chairman of Liquidnet, a global institutional trading and investing network connecting more than 1,000 of the world’s top asset management firms across 45 financial markets and six continents.
Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Accounts
Eric Davidson
As EVP, Strategic Partnerships & Accounts for Neuravest, Eric ensures the success of strategic accounts and develops new business with alternative data providers and forward-thinking investment management firms. He has more than 15 years of experience in operational, business development and strategic roles within the financial technology and analytics sectors.
Throughout his career Eric has worked for a wide variety of innovative technology firms, including an early-stage machine learning startup and a Fortune e-50 index company. Prior to Neuravest, Eric co-founded and managed a financial technology consulting and B2B investment advisory firm. Eric carries the Series 65 securities license and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. In his free time, Eric enjoys coaching youth soccer and running with his two Labradors, Gracie and Wilder.
Executive Vice President, Research & Development
Taylor Korf
Taylor Korf is VP of Research & Development, where his focus is to automate processes that allow Neuravest’s operations to function with minimal human oversight, enabling the company to focus on higher level initiatives and long-term objectives. Avidly involved with technology from a young age, Taylor’s passion for computers made a career in software development an easy choice. He started his career working on avionics and countermeasures systems for the Airforce at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
Taylor has worked for Lucena Research, now Neuravest, since 2013 to build out a wide array of technologies including financial modeling, back testing, brokerage integration and real time market simulation while also conducting research for various clients and datasets. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology. Taylor spends his free time with his family, nurturing a passion for computers in his daughter just like he had. He also attempts to play golf and enjoys small carpentry projects.
Vice President, Project Management
Paul Wilcox
As VP of Project Management for Neuravest, Paul conducts oversight of the company’s projects, third party data integrations and software development. He was the Lead Architect at Neuravest from 2012-2020. Paul is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology space. Prior to working at Neuravest, Paul was the Director of Java Development at Bridgeline Digital. Before that, he was a Software Developer/Integrator at Xerox Corporation.
Paul’s portfolio of experience includes Solutions Architecture, Project Management, Enterprise Software Development, Database Design and Management, Technical Writing and Sales Support. Over the course of his career, Paul has scoped, designed, built, managed and launched over 60 cloud and mobile solutions for clients with budgets from $5k – $1M+. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo. In his free time, Paul enjoys recording and mixing music and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
